Shipping policy
Most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days of ordering. Many of our gifts are personalized and made by our own team in Monroe, Connecticut.
Gifts made in our Connecticut workshop usually ship within 2 to 3 business days. Counted from the day you order, they typically arrive in 2 to 6 business days in the Northeast, 3 to 6 in the Midwest, 3 to 8 in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, 4 to 7 in Texas and the South Central states, and 5 to 8 in the Mountain states and on the West Coast. Some orders take longer. Delivery estimates shown at checkout count only the time in the carrier's hands, so they are shorter than these order-to-delivery ranges.
Items from our partner makers ship directly from them, usually within 1 to 2 business days, and usually arrive in 3 to 6 business days wherever you live.
Custom logo and bulk orders for golf outings are delivered within about 10 business days after you approve your artwork. If your event date is close, tell us when you order and we will let you know what is possible.
Shipping cost in the United States. For items made in our workshop: $7.99 for orders up to $20, $8.99 up to $40, $9.99 up to $74.99, $12.99 up to $99.99, and $14.99 for orders of $100 or more. Items from our partner makers ship at the rate shown at checkout, and many ship free. We do not offer expedited shipping at checkout. If you need a gift by a certain date, email us before you order and we will tell you whether we can make it.
Canada and Australia. We ship to Canada and Australia only. Delivery takes 8 to 14 business days. Canada shipping is $24.99 to $69.99 and Australia is $49.99 to $125.00, depending on order total. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. We do not offer expedited international shipping, because customs clearance is outside our control.
Good to know. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting national holidays. You get a tracking email when your order ships. Orders with items from more than one maker may arrive in separate boxes. Items made in our workshop cannot currently ship to Hawaii. Please check your address at checkout, because we cannot guarantee an address change once an order is confirmed. Damaged or defective items are replaced, see our Refund Policy.
