I’m very aware that you can’t give me an exact delivery date. But before making my purchase the option I selected was 7-10 business dates. That would’ve been fine since I needed the gift by the 20th. A few later I received a notification that I would receive the package on June 30. That would make me wait for a total of 20 days including business and holidays. To make the story short I didn’t receive by the 20 I received after the 20 so the gift is no good for me now. Since I have to now mail it to my friend instead of me giving it to him in person when I saw him. Sorry but I have to be honest in my review.
We’re very sorry your gift didn’t arrive on time. We shipped it within 2 days, but USPS took longer than expected getting it to Puerto Rico. Our 7–10 business day estimate applies to the continental U.S.—orders outside the mainland can face delays due to travel time and customs. While rare, this was one of those cases. We care deeply about our customers and always do our best to get every order out quickly and on time.
