Stocking a pro shop is a cash flow problem before it is a merchandising problem. Every dollar on the shelf is a dollar you cannot spend on the course. This page is built for the person placing that order. Everything here takes your course logo, minimums start at 5 to 25 units depending on the item, and orders ship in 1 to 2 business days.
If you are starting from nothing, start with the Custom Logo Divot Tool & Ball Marker. It is the counter item almost every shop sells the most of, it carries the logo well at a glance, and the minimum is 10.
The Custom Logo Golf Ball Stamp has the lowest minimum on this page at 5 units, which makes it the cheapest way to test whether your members buy logo goods at all before you commit to a real order.
The categories a pro shop actually turns, each with its own page.
The mistake that costs shops the most money is buying wide instead of buying deep. A shop with 40 items and two of each looks empty and marks down half of it. A shop with 12 items and real depth looks stocked and sells through.
Accessories carry almost no markdown risk, and apparel carries all of it. A logo shirt has a size curve, a color story and a season. When the mediums sell and the smalls do not, you are marking down dead stock. A logo ball marker has none of that. It is the same item in January that it was in June, so unsold units are inventory rather than a loss waiting to happen. This single difference is why accessories belong at the front of a small shop's buy.
Buy depth on four items before you buy breadth on twelve. Pick the four things you are confident your members will carry off the counter, order real quantity, and let the reorder tell you what to add. A narrow shelf that stays full outsells a wide shelf that looks picked over.
Anchor the assortment under 15 dollars. The counter sale is an add-on to a green fee, not a planned purchase. Items under 15 dollars move on impulse and pull the rest of the shelf along with them. Keep the higher price points to a handful of pieces that give a member something to buy when they need a gift.
Let the event calendar carry the volume. Member guest, club championship and charity outings are where a shop moves real quantity, and they are planned months ahead with someone else's budget. Stock the everyday shelf thin and take the event orders deep, rather than the other way around.
Order to your minimum, then reorder. Minimums here run from 5 to 25 units and are stated on each product page. That is a fraction of a traditional wholesale case, so you can test an item for the cost of a single foursome's green fees instead of committing a season's budget to it.
A generic ball marker competes with every online retailer on price, and you will lose that fight. The same marker with your course logo on it cannot be bought anywhere else, which means you set the price rather than match it. It is also the only thing in the shop a visiting player takes home specifically because it says where they played. That is the item worth giving shelf space to, and it is the one nobody discounts you on.
Most shops overbuy the first order and then buy nothing for a year. Three tiers, weighted toward the bottom, will serve a shop better than an even spread.
The counter shelf. Ball markers, divot tools, bottle openers and koozies. These fund the rest of the shelf.
The everyday gift purchase. Golf towels, tumblers, coolers and umbrellas, all logo ready and none of them seasonal.
The member gift and the event prize. Decanters, speakers and gift baskets. Carry two or three, not ten.
Municipal or daily fee. Your buyer is a visitor playing once. Weight almost everything under 15 dollars and make the logo large and readable, because the item is a souvenir of the round. Ball markers and logo balls will do most of your volume.
Private club. Your buyer is a member buying a gift, often for a guest. Carry fewer items at higher price points, and keep the logo understated. This is where decanters, coolers and gift baskets earn their shelf space.
Resort or destination course. Highest logo goods sales per round of any format, because the whole trip is the occasion. Go deeper on logo golf balls and towels than you think you need, and stock for groups rather than individuals.
Short course, range or simulator. Smaller footprint, and space costs more than inventory does. Stick to the counter tier and one or two gift pieces, then let tournament orders cover the volume without needing floor space.
Your logo on every item, minimums from 5 units, and orders ship in 1 to 2 business days.
Send the logo file you already use. We will match it and send a proof before anything runs.
I ordered 10 each of 10 different animal golf club covers for a tee gift for our lady's golf tournament. I believe they are going to be a big hit this year for our lady's. this year.
I went through every box and counted and examined each golf headcover and they were perfect.
I dealt with George and he helped me all the way through the ordering process and payment process. He was such a big help. I ordered them pretty early, but they arrived within a week from them receiving our payment.
Next year I will go back to him for our tee gifts in 2027.
Thanks Again George,
Theresa
These are absolutely awesome! Customer interaction was bar none (hard to find these days) but they knock it out of the park. Thank you so much.
The Best Ball Golf Accessory Set is a nice gift for outings. One thing to note is that the logo / print will be in color on the balls but black and white on the pouch.
We are having a golf tournament and ordered gifts for our contest winners. We had them customize our gifts to add our logo and the owner (George) made a bag swap for us at no extra charge! The end product turned out amazing! George was very nice and I loved that he was the one answering the phones, no menus to jump through. I highly recommend them and will be using them again next year!
Five Stars to Groovy Golfer. When what I ordered for my nephew for Christmas had production issues - I was informed promptly and offered great options. On top of that they made sure I got my customized 3 putt mug on time by upgrading my shipping speed. I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of their product and they came through for me despite setbacks. I'm their newest loyal customer.
We had a great experience with Groovy Golfer! Fantastic customer service, fast shipping, customization was perfect, AND our fragile piece was packed beautifully and arrived intact. 10/10 will be ordering from here again for our next golf tournament!
I ordered 3 of the little personalized coolers that fit into a golf club bag as gifts. I was confused about an email I received from them, so wrote them back. I received an immediate response from them. When they say they strive to have satisfied customers, they mean it! Great group of people…and the coolers were just as described.
groovy golfer is a wonderful resource! Thank you for your thoughtful and quick service!!

The Groovy Golf team has the best customer service! They produced a mock up and had my custom tumblers in production within a few days! Then shipped my entire order to arrive in less than 7 days, just in time for my scramble. All my golfers loved the custom tumblers and Groovy Golf has a customer for life. Thanks to George and the team!
Excellent communication and final product for a tournament bag tag
Would recommend and use again
Incredible turnaround time. Exceeded my expectations. There will be more pictured tumblers in my future!
super happy with this custom golf gift basket, recipient was thrilled with the basket
It varies by product and is stated on each product page. The lowest on this page is 5 units on the logo ball stamp, most items sit at 10, and a few go to 25. That is well under a traditional wholesale case, so you can test an item without committing a season's budget to it.
Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. Send the logo file you already use for scorecards or signage and we will match it, then send a proof before anything runs.
Items under 15 dollars do most of the volume, because the counter sale is an add-on to a green fee rather than a planned purchase. Ball markers and divot tools are the two most reordered categories, followed by logo golf balls.
Accessories, if inventory risk is your concern. Apparel carries a size curve, a color story and a season, so unsold units become markdowns. A logo ball marker is the same item next year at the same price, which makes unsold stock inventory rather than a loss.
Yes, and it is worth doing. One logo file across ball markers, towels, hats and balls gives the shelf a single look and keeps proofing simple. Most minimums apply per item rather than across the order, so each product needs to hit its own quantity.
Many products ship within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within a few business days depending on your location. Some personalized items take a little longer in production, so check the product page for the most accurate estimate on a specific item. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Because every item is custom-made and personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error we made, we will replace it at no cost. Just reach out to us at support@groovygolfer.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of it.
